The Audemars Piguet Foundation for  Common Good and the Audemars Piguet Foundation for Trees, located at Route de France 16, 1348, Le Brassus, Switzerland, act as co-controllers of the processing of Personal Data collected through the Website.

  • information about the Foundations (vision, missions, approach, values, fields of action, governance, backgrounds, news, projects, partners, etc.);

  • various links to the Audemars Piguet Foundation for Common Good and the Audemars Piguet Foundation for Trees’ websites, as well as to the websites of their partners and those of Audemars Piguet;
  • a link to the Foundations’ social networking accounts (LinkedIn);
  • the possibility of viewing video content embedded on the Website (Youtube);
  • the possibility of submitting a project for various calls for projects proposed by the Foundations.

3.2 This Privacy Policy does not apply to offline services.

You also provide us with Personal Data when you submit a project as part of the various calls for projects proposed by the Foundations.
4.3 This Personal Data may include your surname, first name, the organisation you work for, your email address, your private telephone number and any other personal information you may include in the message(s) you send us.

  • Marks, located in Switzerland;
  • Audemars Piguet headquarters, located in Switzerland.

All our co-contractors undertake to protect the Personal Data using procedures similar to ours, unless otherwise provided for in this Privacy Policy.
6.3 The purpose of sharing your Personal Data with the aforementioned third parties is to ensure our activities, as well as to maintain and seek to constantly improve our Website and the services offered to our users. Thus, the basis for such processing is our overriding private interests.


7. Communication of your Personal Data to Audemars Piguet Group entities

The various Audemars Piguet Group entities may share Personal Data with each other in order to ensure the continuity of their services. Personal Data may thus be collected, stored and processed by an Audemars Piguet entity located in the following countries/regions: Switzerland, the United States, the European Economic Area, China, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Macao, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Lebanon, Israel, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Russia.
7.2 Where your Personal Data is transferred to a country that is not designated by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of protection for Personal Data, transfers are governed by the contractual clauses in force adopted by the European Commission and adopted by the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or through mechanisms validated by the latter or by the competent authorities responsible for the protection of Personal Data within the European Economic Area and, where applicable, supplemented by measures that may be required in other jurisdictions.
